cl-local-time software package provides Common Lisp library for date and time manipulations, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cl-local-time
cl-local-time is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cl-local-time package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-local-time *
You will get with cl-local-time package name, version, architecture and description in a table
